The Position: Occupational Therapist

Employment Status: Full Time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 70-80

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians and other professionals
• Stay up-to-date with continuing education, certifications and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy institution.

Certifications and Licenses:

• MT Occupational Therapy License
• ND license recommended
• CPR or BLS

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our I CARE team in the Rehabilitation setting. Essential duties of the position include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and promoting patient independence).
